What the inquiry form collects, where it is stored, and how long it is kept.

What is collected

Only what the inquiry form asks for: your name or company, your email address, an optional phone number, what you want built, an optional address of a site you already run, and your rough timing.

Your IP address and browser string are not stored. They are turned into a one-way hash and only that hash is kept, to block repeat spam and duplicate submissions. The original values cannot be recovered from it.

Why, and for how long

It is used to answer your inquiry and nothing else. Records are deleted one year after the conversation ends. You can ask for deletion sooner and it will be done.

Who else touches it

It is never sold or handed to a third party for their own use. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the records, and delivers the notification email. Google is involved only in advertising measurement and never receives the contents of your message. Nothing else.

Advertising measurement

This site loads the Google Ads tag. It records that an inquiry was submitted, so that advertising spend can be matched against results. It does not send your name, email, phone number, or the text of your message — only the fact that a submission happened, plus what Google's own cookies already hold about the ad click.

Enhanced conversions, which would send hashed personal details to Google, are deliberately turned off.

The tag does, however, contact Google's advertising servers on page load, and your browser may be added to an advertising audience as a result. Ad personalization signals are disabled, but the requests themselves still happen — this is what was actually measured, so it is what is written here.

Blocking cookies or using an ad blocker prevents all of this and does not affect the form.

Your choices

You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to geonhee@forblune.com and it will be handled.

You do not have to submit the form at all — the other contact routes on the contact page collect nothing.
